Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art Founded by Alice Walton, Crystal Bridges is envisioned as a premier national art institution dedicated to American art and artists. Under construction in Bentonville, Arkansas, the museum complex will encompass approximately 100,000 square-feet of gallery, library, meeting, and office space; a 250-seat indoor auditorium; areas for outdoor concerts and public events; gallery rooms suitable for large receptions, as well as sculpture gardens and walking trails. The museum will house a permanent collection of signature works from American artists along with galleries dedicated to regional art and artists including Native American art. The growing permanent collection is composed of paintings and sculptures by American artists from the Colonial period through the modern era and will consist of notable examples reflecting the richness and diversity of the American experience. Boston Mountain Potter's Association
This group of potters and sculptors from Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma meet the second Tuesday of each month to bridge gaps, discuss relevant topics, and learn new techniques while cultivating community. They are located out of the Flat Rock Clay Studios. Members of this group will provide hands-on clay workshops September 1st and 2nd at the Fayetteville Town Center during the festival.

YouthCAN!
YouthCAN!, a local nonprofit organization that sponsors and provides creative activities and programs that empower youth, adults, and families to make healthy and responsible choices through a combination of art and mentoring. YouthCAN! will be on location doing hands-on art projects at the Town Center on September 1st and 2nd.  Visit their new location at 818 N.
