3c21 Design
Looking for new media, green package design or identity development? If so, 3c21 Design, a for–profit partner of New Design School and New Design Center, will bring together an emerging designer, a professional designer, and the client in a unique way that benefit all through community–centric projects. The work of 3c21 Design is concentrated in advancing and promoting the natural environment, education, health, social topics, and community. By involving emerging designers in real world projects, we aim to make them experts in these areas – enhancing not only their business skills but their relationship to others.

CAT Television
Public Access Television appears on COX Cable TV channel 18. It is operated by Community Access Television or "C.A.T," a nonprofit organization under contract with the City of Fayetteville. C.A.T's purpose is to provide a channel of free expression for any citizen. They also offer classes and workshops, as well as provide an outlet for local producers.

Diggiti
Want to leave your mark at the Festival and create digital art? Visit the Diggiti installation and learn to use a digital pen and brushes in Adobe Photoshop to create a mark or “tag.” Your tag is then uploaded to diggiti.newdesigncenter.org and lives there for anyone in the world with internet access to view. Last year’s collected diggiti was projected on the sides of downtown buildings at First Night, a Fayetteville New Year celebration. Come create in the digital realm with the help of New Design Center and New Design School volunteers!

Sonia Gutiérrez
Sonia graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor of science in microbiology in 1996, and a bachelor of art in art in 1998. Gutiérrez was awarded a Rotary Ambassadorial Academic scholarship to Spain. There she attended the International House in Madrid for one month, studying the Castilian dialect of Spanish, and then moved northwest to attend the Universidad de Salamanca for the academic year. While in Salamanca, Gutiérrez was dually enrolled in the art history and the graphic design programs. In 2002, she obtained a master of fine art in design and technology from Parsons School of Design at the New School University in New York, New York. Her research focused on educational multimedia and installation. In 2003, she returned to Northwest Arkansas to be closer to friends and family. Three year later Gutiérrez founded and is currently president of New Design School, New Design Center, and principal of 3c21 Design. She will be at the Fayetteville Town Center on August 31st, September 1st, and 2nd.   www.soniagutierrez.com
