Dear Artist,
Thank you for being a part of the 2008 Fayetteville Arts Festival!
Fayetteville Downtown Partners (FDP) is looking forward to working with each of you to make this an exciting and profitable event.
Please read this letter carefully, it contains very important information for the 2008 Festival.
If you are missing any of the packet items, please contact us right away.
These are the same booth set-ups that we used last year. The booths are constructed of aluminum pipe and black drape. They are 8' tall. You may attach a maximum of 15 lbs to the pipe. Each space is 10' x 10' (unless noted otherwise). You are required to have lights in your booth.

There are two service elevators at the loading dock and two pedestrian elevators in the parking garage. There will be volunteers assisting with loading and unloading the service elevators. Please feel free to go directly to your booth and begin setting up. The Festival Coordinator will come by to help with any questions or special needs.
All booths must be completely set-up and ready for sales by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 8/29. The Open Space Art Party begins at 7:00 p.m. This is a fundraising event for the Fayetteville Art Festival. The Open Space Art Party will offer light refreshments, beer and wine. Think of this event as a giant gallery opening. Have fun and sell work! Tickets are $25.
